How it works
The wall cannot ask a question. This can.
An owner paints TO-LET and then answers forty calls to find one tenant. A seeker rings nine numbers to be told no by seven. Both sides knew what they wanted before the first call. Nobody was writing it down.
If you are looking
Say how you live, once.
- 01Tell us your householdA family, a couple, a working woman, someone with a dog. Nothing else.
- 02See only homes that will take youHomes whose owner already said no to your household never appear. The list is shorter and every line on it is real.
- 03Enquire and talk to the ownerYour number goes to that one owner, for that one home. We do not sit in the middle and we do not charge you anything.
If you own the house
Write the rules, once.
- 01Set your house rulesWho the home suits, what the kitchen is set up for, pets, lease length. In your own words, and you can change them any time.
- 02Publish and stop screening on the phoneThe rules do the screening before anyone dials. The calls you get are from households you already said yes to.
- 03Pay ₹2,103 a year, and nothing elsePer home, per year. We never take a share of your rent, and we never become the person your tenant deals with.
What we do not ask, and will not
No caste. No religion. No community. No language.
These are not fields in this product. There is no dropdown for them, no column in the database, and no filter. This is a line we drew before the first home was listed and it is not up for discussion.
Rules about the house, not about the person
“Vegetarian kitchen” describes what the kitchen is set up for. It is a rule about the property. We do not publish rules about who a person is, and we do not accept them if an owner tries to write one.
How a city opens
One owner lists a home in a town and the town is live. There is no launch team, no waiting list for owners, and no metro-first plan. If your town is missing, you open it.
Your number stays yours
When you enquire, your mobile goes to that one owner for that one home. It is not published on the listing, not sold, and not used to call you about anything else.
We are not a broker
We take 0% of your rent, hold no keys, show no houses and sign nothing. The owner pays a yearly listing plan and that is the whole business model.
The money, plainly

- Our cut of your rent

- What is charged today
