Find the kind of home you can actually live in
Say how your household lives once. Every home you see afterwards has an owner who already agreed to it.
Start matchingFor owners
Protect the house. Write the rules once.
You decide who may hold the keys. We stop the calls that were never going to work, so your phone only rings for the ones that might.
List your homeDay one
No homes are listed yet. We would rather say that than show you houses that do not exist.
NiyamGhar opened today. Every home on it will be a real home put up by the person who owns it, with their own rules in their own words. Until an owner does that, this page stays empty and honest.
If you own a home you are trying to let, you would be the first, and your lane would be the first one open on the site.
Why this exists
Portals list inventory. Nobody matches the household.
The old method is paint on a compound wall. The wall cannot say who the home is for, so the owner answers forty calls to find one tenant, and the seeker visits four houses to be told no at three of them. Both sides already know what they want. Nobody was writing it down.
The owner writes
Who may hold the keys
The seeker says
How their household lives

Every city, not only the metros.
These are places you can list in today. A town counts as open only once a real owner has published a home there, so none of them is open yet.
Three steps, and one of them is not a phone call.
01
The owner sets the house rules
Who the home is for, what the kitchen is set up for, pets, how long a lease. Written once, in the owner’s own words.
02
The seeker says how they live
A family, a couple, a working woman, someone with a dog. No documents, no interview.
03
Enquire only if it fits
Homes that would say no never appear. Nobody drives across town to be turned away at the gate.
NiyamGhar lists household and house rules only. There is no field for caste, religion, community or language anywhere in this product, and there will not be one.
